Molly Wickam
Program Director
Education: B.A., Bethel University; MBA, Northern Illinois University; Teaching License in Business Education, National University; Ph.D. in progress, University of Minnesota-Twin Cities
Experience: Wickam has a corporate background in software product marketing, insurance risk management, and property and casualty claims and marketing. She also has non-profit leadership experience from helping to start and direct a grassroots non-profit organization. She started and directs both the Work-Based Learning and Educational Technology licensure endorsement programs for Bethel's Graduate School as well as the human resource management program.

Rodney ‘Bud’ Becker
Education: B.A., Wheaton College; M.A., University of Illinois
Experience: Becker has extensive experience teaching as well as establishing and managing human resource departments in domestic and European operations. He has served as an expert witness in a landmark international expatriation lawsuit and is a leader in a local job transition support group.

Greg Bourland
Education: MBA, University of St. Thomas; Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS); Certified Compensation Professional (CCP); Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)
Experience: Bourland brings a diverse background of human resource experience. He is currently a director of compensation at Boston Scientific, managing pay programs for 10,000 employees. Bourland also served as an HR director, organization development consultant, and employee/labor relations specialist. He has a strong background in performance improvement, serving as an examiner with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program.
Areas of Expertise: Human resource management, performance excellence/process improvement, Lean Six Sigma.
Dick Daniels
Education: B.A., Trinity College; M.A., Loyola University; M.A., Trinity Evangelical Divinity School; M.Div., Bethel Seminary; D.Min., Bethel Seminary
Experience: Daniels is founder and president of the Leadership Development Group, an executive coaching firm that helps senior leaders establish comprehensive management systems, and advises companies on developing leaders. The organization is the third firm he has founded as an entrepreneur. Daniels is also organizer of a monthly CEO roundtable in Minneapolis, addressing the need for leadership development, and is a member of the Center for Creative Leadership’s Leading Insight’s online panel.

Vicki Fuehrer
Education: B.A., University of Wisconsin: Eau Claire; MBA, Bethel University; Certified Compensation Professional (CCP); Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
Experience: Fuehrer owns PORTICO Consulting, LLC, a global business consulting firm. She leads projects relating to HR audits, HR due diligence on acquisitions, employee handbooks, large scale organizational assessment and change, total rewards strategy, base and variable compensation, executive compensation, performance management, employment law compliance, employee surveys, competency based pay and integrated balanced scorecard systems. She has published many articles and presents on various business topics worldwide.

Joyce LeMay
Education: B.A., University of Wisconsin, Stout; MBA, Metropolitan State University; Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
Experience: LeMay is a faculty member in the Department of Business and Economics in Bethel's College of Arts & Sciences as well as the College of Adult & Professional Studies. She has worked in numerous industries for over 18 years in the human resource and management fields, from small start-up companies to large multinational organizations. Her career has focused on working with top-level management to help establish and maintain healthy and productive work environments. She is a current member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Twin Cities Human Resource Association (TCHRA).

Kathryn Nash
Education: B.A., Bethel University; J.D., University of Minnesota Law School
Experience: Nash is a principal at Gray Plant Mooty and practices in the areas of employment law and higher education. She regularly advises employers on terminations, RIFs, disability and leave issues; affirmative action plans; employment and severance agreements; noncompetition and other post-employment restrictions; wage and hour issues; child labor issues; and independent contract arrangements. Kathryn also provides consulting on a wide range of higher education issues such as HEOA, FERPA, student affairs, and faculty issues. In addition to providing preventive counseling and training, she has experience in conducting investigations and audits for clients.
