A degree in Organizational Leadership gives you the tools to manage the complexities of today's organizations.

In this program, you will:

  • Eliminate myths and stereotypes associated with leadership.
  • Identify immediate work applications through course information, simulations, and case studies.
  • Recognize the value of individuals and teams working together for a shared purpose.
  • Examine the spheres of influence in which you live and work.
  • Articulate the strengths and styles of self in relationship with others.
  • Understand the collective nature of leadership in a global world.
  • Develop confidence in your ability to effectively lead and follow.

Complete your Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a major in Organizational Leadership

  • 40 semester credits in the major
  • Register once for the entire program
  • Attend class with a supportive group of adults who progress through the program together
  • Be evaluated primarily on written assignments, class discussions, projects, and small group participation.

Schedule designed for busy adults

  • Take one course at a time
  • Two schedule options:

     1. Meet one evening a week from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. OR

     2. Attend the first and last sessions of each course and complete the rest of the course online.

  • Attend class for approximately 19 - 20 months.
  • Meet on Bethel's campus (near the intersection of 35W and 694) or at convenient Metro locations.
  • Park for free.
