Nicolette L. Daniels

Education: B.A in Sociology and Social Work, Trinity College; M.A. in Organizational Leadership, Bethel University
Experience: With more than 30 years of experience in leadership and non-profit board membership, Daniels regularly consults within the profit, non-profit, public service, and educational sectors. She is also certified in the Clifton StrengthsFinder and DiSC evaluation tools.
Peter Erickson
Education: B.A. in Organizational Studies, Bethel College; M.A. in Organizational Leadership, Bethel University
Experience: Erickson has provided emergency medical care and healthcare education for 25 years, teaching life support courses for the American Heart Association and pharmacology for Inver Hills Community College.
Lynne Hicks
Education: M.A. in Human Resource Development, University of St. Thomas; Specialist Degree in Organizational Development
Experience: Hicks has worked in the medical device industry managing both sales rep and physician education and training programs. She has written curricula product launches and sales representative/physician training programs.
Ron Hultgren
Education: B.A., Bethel College; M.A., University of Sydney; Ph.D., University of Sydney
Experience: President of ATL Leadership International and a former senior associate with Pilgrim International, Australia, Hultgren has 30 years of experience mentoring and consulting in leadership and strategy.
Robert Treague
Education: A.A. in Paramedic Science; B.A. in Organizational Leadership, Bethel University; M.A. in Organizational Leadership, Bethel University
Experience: Treague is currently the ACLS/PALS Coordinator at Hennepin County Medical Center, EMS Education division. He was worked as an EMS Educator, 911 Paramedic and flight paramedic, and a aenior forensic investigator.
