Experience: In addition to teaching, Como has done professional writing and editing for Allina Health System employee communication publications, freelance writing and editing, and directing the America Reads Tutoring program at the University of Minnesota.
Jentine Arkema
Education: B.A., Dordt College; M.A., Bethel University
Experience: Arkema has done consulting work for 3M and other organizations and served as a speech coach and thesis advisor.
Hannah Asfaw
Education: B.A., University of Westminster, London, UK; M.A., Bethel University
Experience: Asfaw has done consulting work for several Twin Cities organizations including Ceridian Company, the University of Minnesota, and Care Providers of Minnesota.
Kathryn Black Lance
Education: B.A., Northwestern College; M.A., Bethel College
Experience: As a voice coach, Black-Lance has worked with adult students on beginning vocal techniques. She has also served as a stage manager, student director, and head make-up artist at local theatres and developed an introductory theatre course.
Gus Broman
Education: B.A., Bethel University; MBA, University of St. Thomas
Experience: Broman teaches media law, computer mediated communication and marketing communication. In addition to teaching, Broman has done consulting work in various Fortune 100 companies in the fields of Marketing, Project Management and Organizational Change Management.
Kevin McAnnany

Experience: McAnnany’s research interests include media impact on globalization, media criticism, media production, rhetorical analysis
Shelby Reigstad
Education: B.S., St. Cloud State University; M.A., Bethel University
Experience: Reigstad teaches and serves as an account executive with Concept Group, Inc.
David Schuelke
Education: B.S., Northwestern University; M.A., University of Illinois; Ph.D., Purdue University
Experience: Schuelke has done consulting work for the Upjohn Company, the Archdiocese of St. Paul, and the University of St. Thomas and serves as a mediator for the State of Minnesota.
Artie Terry
Education: B.A., Syracuse University; M.A., Regent University; Ph.D., Regent University
Experience: Terry teaches in the areas of media communication, media production, digital filmmaking, production of digital content, and applied media communication.
