Whether you already serve in a ministry setting, feel called to do so, or just want to grow deeper in your service to God, there is a place for you in the Christian Ministries program at Bethel.
Individuals come to the program from all ministry settings, from lay counseling and children’s ministry to urban and suburban churches and even parachurch or nonprofit agencies. They come to build a solid foundation in biblical studies and theology—and to experience life transformation. It’s a combination that will challenge you, and ultimately enhance the way you lead.
We use a cohort model where students share their experiences alongside the same group of peers, moving together through all of their courses. Through projects, discussions, and practicums, they become more competent in communicating issues of faith and life and sharpen their skills in practical settings.
Our instructors bring ministry experience to the classroom as well as the knowledge they've acquired from years of teaching. They’ve created a program structure that's tailored to the needs of busy adults, with courses meeting once a week in a supportive team environment.
