Experience: Judson teaches research methods and statistics and operations management in the MBA program. With 30 years of industry experience, he heads his own consulting company, Judson Research & Associates, LLC.

Rodney “Bud” Becker
Education: B.A., Wheaton College; M.A., University of Illinois
Experience: Becker has extensive experience teaching as well as establishing and managing human resource departments in domestic and European operations. He has served as an expert witness in a landmark international expatriation lawsuit and is a leader in a local job transition support group.
Area of expertise: Human resource management
Denise Fleming
Education: B.A., Gustavus Adolphus College; MBA, University of St. Thomas
Experience: Fleming has experience in healthcare administration and operations, having served as a large group practice and hospital administrator. She works as a design consultant and performance improvement facilitator for executive leadership. She also serves on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations.
Areas of expertise: Managerial Accounting, Managerial Finance, Economics and Finance for nursing leaders
Gavin House
Education: B.A., M.S.S., University of St. Thomas; M.A., Bethel University
Experience: House owns and operates a small business specializing in technological organization and efficiency, with the goal of building bridges between the technology of an organization and the people who use the technology.
Areas of expertise: Strategic technology management
Christina Kaiser
Education: B.A., Bethel University; M.A., Bethel University
Experience: Kaiser has had an eclectic career in education, radio broadcasting, agriculture, and the airline industry, including co-managing a family business. She is currently owner of a consulting company that offers leadership development and professional growth, with emphasis on emotional intelligence and conflict management.
Areas of Expertise: Leadership development, organizational analysis, mediation
Dave Lowe
Education: B.A., University of Northern Iowa; MBA, University of St. Thomas
Experience: Lowe is the executive director at Edinbrook Church in Brooklyn Park, Minn. He has years of experience as a senior financial executive in the Twin Cities business community, working as a controller and CFO for several privately held businesses and CFO for two public companies.
Area of expertise: Managerial finance
Ray Miller
Education: B.S., Northwestern University; M.S., Northern Illinois University
Experience: Miller has helped companies clarify corporate vision and strategy, coached CEOs and managing directors, set up accountability structures, and screened potential hires. He has also served as president and CEO of Fellowship of Companies for Christ, CEO of International and Central Security Mutual Insurance Company, and CFO at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
Areas of expertise: Managerial economics, business plan development, organizational behavior
Steve Ogren
Education: B.A., Gustavus Adolphus College; MBA, University of Minnesota
Experience: For 28 years, Ogren was a partner and management consultant with Deloitte Consulting, where he specialized in human resource and benefits consulting to employers in both the public and private sectors. He has also been a frequent speaker on healthcare, human resources, and benefits issues.

Al Prentice
Education: B.A., Azusa Pacific University; M.S.P., Azusa Pacific University; M.A.(T.S.), Bethel Seminary
Experience: Prentice is founder of the Alpren Group, which provides consulting and search services to marketing and promotion companies. He was accepted as a colleague with People Management International, a firm specializing in consulting and search for faith-based organizations, and has taught marketing and management in the academic and business enterprise settings.
Area of Expertise: Marketing management
Kenneth Smith
Education: B.S. in Mathematics, University of Illinois: M.A. in Organizational Leadership, Bethel University
Experience: Smith worked in the IT field at 3M Company for 36 years, gaining firsthand experience in both effective leading and following as computer technology and communication advanced. He has taught the Modern World Trends class for 10 years, and develops and teaches courses in the B.A. in Communication Studies program at Bethel’s College of Adult & Professional Studies.

Bernard Walker
Education: B.A. in Psychology, University of Illinois; M.A. and Ph.D. in Philosophy, Loyola University
Experience: Walker has taught philosophy at the University of St. Thomas, Bethel University (including the seminary), Loyola University, National Louis University, and Chicago State University.
Areas of Expertise: Meta-ethics, normative ethics, applied ethics, apologetics, philosophy of religion, critical thinking, logic, and comparative religions
